Yes, it's definitely a possibility! However, the hand-crafted leather palmrest isn't very DIY-friendly, so it would likely need to be redesigned or replaced with an alternative for a kit version.
Yes — each keywell's finger columns are independently length-adjustable, so the stagger can be tuned to your actual finger lengths instead of a fixed average.
